This custom single family project enlarged an existing small house to 6,200 sq ft with 7 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, sky lounge, gym, spa and elevator.
This renovation/addition and conversion to 5-Units sits in both the 14th Street and Logan Circle Historic Districts. Originally built in 1873, this project is currently available for rent by @silverstone.group
The build on our 12-Unit condo project on Pennsylvania Ave in Hill East is well underway. These renderings show 2 different color options for the brick facade. We used a courtyard scheme to daylight the interior of the building with windows in the living and kitchen areas.
We located the main entry for this 8-unit project on the alley side, which reduces the egress travel distance from upper units to under 125'. This in turn allows for a single egress stair design, increasing the efficiency of the building and reducing the core factor. Currently permitted and under construction.
