Successful navigation of DCRA's Velocity program for accelerated permit review

Board of zoning adjustment (BZA)

Preparation of plans for Board of Zoning Adjustment cases, including Advisory Neighborhood Commission (ANC) presentations

Permitting & Entitlement

Our in-house team works with Plan Review to obtain all required approvals for permit.

HPRB (Historic) projects

Working closely with DC's Historic Preservation Office to find a happy medium between density in development and Historic neighborhood character

Analyzing properties for development potential and maximizing zoning potential with efficient, low circulation design.

Upper level and rear additions are proposed for this single family to 5-Unit conversion in the Dupont Circle Historic District. Currently completing permitting.

This existing structure in the Mt Vernon Square Historic District was renovated to create 2 residences, each with a private roof deck.

This Brookland single family rowhouse is being converted to 6 units with facade modernizations. Finishing up permitting this month!
